How commercial cleaning enquiries, quotes and bookings work with Joya Commercial Cleaning.
Every commercial premises is different, so we don't provide instant or blind quotes. You send a walkthrough video and scope of works, or book a site visit; we review everything and provide a fixed price within 24 hours.
For an accurate fixed price we need to see the full premises and understand exactly what's required. A walkthrough video and written scope of works help us quote correctly.
For larger or more complex premises you can book an on-site assessment. We attend, assess the premises, then review the requirements and provide your fixed price within 24 hours.
Pricing reflects the size and condition of the premises, the agreed scope, frequency and access. Your fixed price is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
The exact tasks included are set out in your cleaning specification. Anything not listed is treated as additional work.
If the scope changes, we'll agree any adjustment to the specification and price in writing before proceeding.
One-off or extra work outside the agreed specification is quoted separately.
Access arrangements (keys, codes, alarm details, escorted access) are agreed in advance and handled securely.
Frequency and timing (including out-of-hours) are agreed and documented as part of your contract.
Payment terms are confirmed in your written agreement.
Ongoing contracts run to the agreed specification, schedule and review process.
We may carry out periodic assessments to maintain standards.
We will not carry out work where conditions are unsafe until the issue is resolved.
We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside our scope, capacity or safety standards.
