Let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel a one-off clean.

Cancelling or rescheduling recurring visits

Recurring visits can be rescheduled or cancelled in line with your agreement.

Notice periods

Applicable notice periods are set out in your written agreement.

Late cancellations

Late cancellations may be subject to a charge, as set out in your agreement.

No access

If our team cannot access the premises at the agreed time, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

Business closure

Please tell us in advance of planned closures so we can adjust the schedule.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

In the rare event we need to cancel, we'll give as much notice as possible and rearrange.

Charges & refunds

Any charges or refunds are handled in line with your written agreement.
